Grapefruit Bowls
If you are looking for an energy boost and something light to start your day. Try these Grapefruit Bowls!
Ingredients:
1 grapefruit
3-4 strawberries
4-5 raspberries
4-5 blackberries
Directions:
Take the grapefruit (or orange) cut it in half, take a knife and carve around the edge, and pull the meat of the grapefruit out. Insert any cut up fruit that you choose. Sprinkle some sugar on top (if you desire)
